Ornamental Cherry Blossom Avenue 3 Pack Prunus Sargentii:10-12cm Girth Root balled – inclusive of round tree stake; tree tie & spiral rabbit protection

One of the earliest, large flowered cherries and one of the finest for early autumnal colour.

It is a round headed tree with a broadly spreading habit, bronze oval leaves when young, contrasting with the young foliage, large, single pink flowers appear in late March, early April.

The leaves change from bronze in summer into a spectacular display of autumnal foliage with seasonal shades of bronze, orange, brilliant red, crimson and maroon in the autumn.

The Prunus Sargentii is widely considered one of the best ornamental pink cherries available, favoured particularly for the reliable production of a profusion of blossom. This tree will reach a mature height of approximately 10-14m, ideal for any size garden, park or woodland and often planted as a specimen tree or spectacular on an avenue.

In each pack we are offering 3 x 10/12cm girth trees, approximately 12-15′ in height, in addition to which, each pack  will include a complimentary robust machine turned round stake, buckle tree tie and spiral rabbit protection.

Delivery is not included and can be added at checkout.

The planting season for bare-rooted trees and shrubs is generally between the months of November – March
