2 Rowan (6-8′) – ‘Mountain Ash’ – A small to medium tree with pinnate leaves and sharply toothed leaflets. Bright red fruits carried in large dense clusters during autumn.
2 Crab Apple (6-8′) –Small tree with white blossoms suffused pink, followed by yellow green and flushed red fruits.
2 Wild/Bird Cherry (6-8′) – Striking white spring blossoms, with bold Autumnal tints turning crimson and black bitter sweet tasting fruits
2 Field Maple (6-8′) – Picturesque medium sized tree, foliage turns clear yellow, sometimes flushed red in Autumn
2 Hornbeam (6′-8′) – Resembling Beech, with a characteristic fluted grey trunk and ovate serrated leaves
